Our Teachers

Andrea Sydenham, founder of Estudiantes Brillantes, has a Master’s degree in Education, and specialization in second language acquisition. She has been a certified teacher, working in the public school system, universities and community colleges for 14 years. She was recently nominated for Second Language Acquisiton Teacher of the year, in the state of Arizona .

Lauren Deichmann
Lauren is a certified elementary teacher specializing in bilingual education. She taught in bilingual classrooms for 10 years and was the site coordinator. She has taught children of all levels and trained many groups of teachers to work with children learning English. Her college minor was Spanish and she has tutored many middle and high school students as well as taught Spanish to small groups of children.
